Lightbridge retains and uses your Network user information only where it will help provide you with a
fiber connection and internet service provider access. We do NOT share, sell, or rent any information
regarding your account to any other parties that is not already public knowledge or necessary for doing business.

When you use our services, including accessing our website and any mobile applications made available
for use with those services, Lightbridge may collect information about you, your mobile device and
about your use. Information collected may include your name, email address, telephone number,
location, individually identifiable information such as password or your device MAC address or serial
number.

Lightbridge may use the information you provide to deliver access to the Lightbridge Network, to carry
out our obligations and enforcement rights as described in this Privacy Policy and Lightbridge’s Terms of
Use, and to fulfill any other purpose authorized by you and reasonably required to make available access
to Network internet service providers.

Employee Training:
Lightbridge Communications trains its employees on the importance of securing the information we
have on record. Employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Network user data.

Preventing Identity Theft & Fraud:
Lightbridge takes every step possible to protect the information we have on record. In addition, the
Federal Trade Commission offers resources on their website with detailed information to help you
deter, detect, and defend against identity theft.

Customer Proprietary Network Information:
Lightbridge has security measures in place to protect Network user information, to the extent such
information is considered customer proprietary network information, which includes any non-public
data Lightbridge maintains about network use.

Email Use:
With the number of Spammers and growing online security threats, we want you to know that we take
your privacy very seriously. We do NOT sell your email information. Your Lightbridge online account is
enabled with secure access, and you may safely make changes to your account using this method.
